General conditions of use for SUBFORITALIA
The use of SUBFORITALIA takes place exlusivly in accordance with the conditions of use described below. Visitors expressly agree to the conditions of use when they register. Visitors can download the text and print it. We do not agree to any deviations from these conditions. Visitors can visit SUBFORITALIA free of charge. We provide visitor data to SUBFORITALIA exhibitors. When visitors register, they must agree to the storage and disclosure of their data in accordance with the data protection information below (paragraph 2).
2. Data protection information
Prior to using the service for the first time, visitors must register and agree to the storage and disclosure of their information. Customers also expressly agree that exhibitors may contact them by telephone, fax or e-mail for advertising purposes. Such agreement also includes provision of a monthly newsletter by e-mail if you have ordered it. We do not sell or otherwise disclose personal visitor data to third parties who do not participate in our virtual platform. We adhere to applicable data protection regulations.
This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc. ("Google"). Google Analytics uses "cookies", which are text files placed on your computer, to help the website analyze how users use the site. The information generated by the cookie about your use of the website (including your IP address) will be transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States.
Google will use this information for the purpose of evaluating your use of the website, compiling reports on website activity for website operators and providing other services relating to website activity and internet usage. Google may also transfer this information to third parties where required to do so by law, or where such third parties process the information on Google`s behalf. Google will not associate your IP address with any other data held by Google.
2.1. Withdrawal of agreement
Visitors can see the agreement described above at any time. The agreement can be withdrawn by e-mail without using a form. When agreement to disclose user data is withdrawn, the right to access SUBFORITALIA lapses. We will cease disclosing user data once agreement has been withdrawn. We expressly point out that we do not inform exhibitors about withdrawal of agreement. If visitors no longer wish to receive information from exhibitors to whom information was disclosed with the agreement of visitors prior to withdrawal, visitors will have to inform the exhibitors directly.
2.2. Data security
By accessing "My Profile", visitors can review, change and delete all of the information which they have entered. To do this, visitors must define a personal password, which they can change on their own. Our employees will never ask for a complete password. The URLs of pages which the a visitor has opened as a registered interested party may not be forwarded.
3. Warranty and liability
SUBFORITALIA assumes no responsibility for the accuracy of information which may be accessed on SUBFORITALIA, especially if the information has been made available by exhibitors. Information submitted by exhibitors can only be checked for obvious inaccuracies. We do not accept any liability for third-party information which is referenced via links or other technical means. Visitors use the links or other technical references to information outside of the service at their own risk. Liability will only arise in case of intentional violation of a material obligation (Kardinalpflicht) or violation resulting from gross negligence or if a warranty has been given. This also applies if agents are used. No liability will be accepted for unforeseen damages or damages that are non-typical for the contract. SUBFORITALIA services are offered subject to technical availability, in particular with reference to necessary maintenance activity and unavailability resulting from technical faults.
No liability will be accepted for improper use of visitor data which was properly disclosed (paragraph 2)
